MobiPDF Pro for Teams is our most comprehensive annual subscription plan. It works on Windows, iPhone/iPad, and Android, is purchased per user (seat), and can scale as your needs grow. Licenses are managed and reassigned through a web-based admin console. The Windows app can be installed directly from our website or deployed using an unattended MSIX package.
MobiPDF Classic for Teams is a Windows-only package that includes essential PDF editing features. It is purchased and activated via license keys that must be entered manually on each PC. Each license key is valid for three years from the date of activation and can be moved between PCs during that period.
Yes. We offer a self-service 7-day free trial of MobiPDF Pro for Teams for multiple users via credit card. If you need a longer trial without a credit card or other trial options, please contact us.

You can add users at any time and will be billed only for the remaining period of your current subscription. This ensures that all seats renew at the same time.

MobiPDF Pro for Teams can be used on one desktop device and up to two mobile devices (phone or tablet) per user.
